We at Hamsons Trading Ent Pvt Ltd work hard to provide our customers with quality Sealants, Adhesives and tapes at best prices. If you find that a product purchased directly from this website is different or not meeting the published product specifications, we will exchange the product or refund the cost within 3 working days of your return claim being accepted.
To return/exchange or claim a refund, please send us an email on sales@optimumsolution.in with relevant details.
Need to return – Few points to remember:
- Returns/exchange request needs to be made within 7 days from the receipt of the product.
- We will ask you to fill a returns form for easy processing of returns.
- The returned item(s) must be unused and if more than one quantity/unit is supplied, then more than one quantity/unit should not be opened. The item(s) returned should be with original packing box/carton.
- Shipping charges will be non-refundable.
- We might request you to share snap shot by email in order to ascertain the exact issue.
- If we request you to return the product, you should ship it to us within 3 working days.
- Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed properly to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
- In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to HTEPL’s Mumbai office address.
How do you return?
Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
Self-ship:
In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us.

Fill in the Returns from which we will email to you and send it along with the product(s).
Once your returns are processed, we will exchange the product or refund the product cost back to the account from which the payment was made within 3 working days.
